Grass-fed beef

PURELY AND SIMPLY, THE MOST NATURAL FOOD FOR THE COW...AND FOR YOU

Grass-fed lamb

When choosing the quality of beef to eat and serve, nothing beats locally grown, grass-fed beef.

Orders are being taken now. Contact us to place your order and your meat will be available for pick-up at our farm.

Quantity

You can order a half, quarter, 1/8th, or sampler of beef.

To order a half beef you will need a large freezer. You could feed four hungry mouths for a year.

A quarter of beef is still a lot of meat, feeding a couple of people throughout the year.

A 1/8th is for those of you who have limited freezer space (although still more than the freezer above your fridge).

Curious to try our meat? Or have limited space? The sampler is a great option and fits in a paper grocery bag.

Cuts

Since you want to enjoy your beef to the fullest, we want to make sure it is cut to best suit you.

For those with a varied cooking repertoire, Option A offers a variety of steaks, roasts, ground beef and other cuts, specifically the following: ribeye steak, tenderloin/filet mignon steak, T-bone steak, sirloin steak, inside round steak, flank, blade roast, shoulder roast, sirloin tip roast, round/french roast, ground beef, stewing cubes, shanks/osso-buco, ribs, soup bones, and variety meats.

Option B has no roasts and way more ground beef. It would be well suited for someone who cooks less roasts (obviously!) but likes cooking chili, spaghetti, stir-fry, and grilling steaks and burgers. You could expect the following: rib steak, tenderloin/filet mignon steak, T-bone steak, sirloin steak, inside round steak, sirloin tip steak, ground beef, soup bones, and variety meats.

The sampler includes a variety of preselected cuts to give you a taste of Rupert Hill beef: One roast, three packages of steak, four packages of ground beef, two of the following (ribs, cubes, osso buco, or flank), and variety meats.

Note: If you have a particular cut in mind, let us know. All our meat is custom cut and can be done according to your specs.
